How you donate is up to you.

In times like this, the one word we most want to express is: Thanks. We are so grateful to you for supporting the work of VCF and our donor advised funds. It is our goal to make the process as straightforward as possible. As such, there are a variety of methods to donate.

Donations can be made in many ways, most commonly in the form of a cheque, direct payment from your Vancity account or Vancity VISA, credit card, gift of public securities or even via transferred Vancity Visa Rewards Plus points. We can easily accommodate one-time donations or regular monthly donations. Or, perhaps you'd be interested in discussing other donation vehicles like the transfer of life insurance, for example. It is entirely up to you.

Please note: In all cases, a tax receipt will be issued by Vancity Community Foundation for donations $20 and over.

Donate online.

Make a donation to the Vancity Community Foundation endowment fund or to one of our strategic areas of focus. Visit our donor advised directory for a complete listing of our donor advised funds with access to our online donation form.

Donate directly from your Vancity VISA or Vancity account.

If you are a Vancity member, you can now make a donation directly from your Vancity VISA or Vancity account through Vancity online banking. Once you have logged into online banking, the online donation form can be found under the "Pay Bills" section. You then choose the donor advised fund or VCF field of interest fund to donate to and select your payment method. Next, fill in your contact information which will help VCF complete your donation tax receipt. Log in!

Donate by cheque.

Please make your cheque payable to: Vancity Community Foundation. (Except in the case of our donor advised funds, the cheque should be issued to the name of the fund itself.) Then, send to:
