Karimah is the Program Lead of Data Analysis and Research for the Reaching Home program at Vancity Community Foundation. Her expertise includes standardizing data collection tools, developing dashboards, and creating actionable insights to guide resource allocation and advocacy efforts. With a background in international development and gender equality programming, Karimah brings experience from previous roles with the Aga Khan Foundation in South and Central Asia and East Africa, UNICEF, and the UNDP. She holds an MSc in Globalization and Development from SOAS, University of London, and a BSc from the University of British Columbia.
