- Family Services of Greater Vancouver - Directions Emergency Housing Fund
Directions Housing Subsidy & Support Fund is a low-barrier program for youth under 25 in Metro Vancouver with 3 subsidy streams: housing set-up, eviction prevention, and 12-month housing subsidies. fsgv.ca
- Greater Vancouver Community Assistance Foundation (GVCAF) - Granting to Bridge the Gap
Issue 667 grants to renters at imminent risk of homelessness for rent or essential utilities to avoid eviction, with >78% remaining housed 3 months after receiving a grant. bcrentbank.ca
- New View Society - Intensive Tenant Navigator
Tenant Navigator serves 150 clients annually, with 80% or 120 clients prevented from homelessness intake/assess client's needs, and provide services ensuring clients maintain/find alternative housing. newviewsociety.org
- Raincity Housing and Support Society - Surrey Housing First ICM Team
This project's objective is to offer additional outreach to 15 chronically/episodically homeless individuals in the Surrey area to acquire and maintain suitable housing and create goal-oriented service plans. raincityhousing.org
- SHARE Family and Community Services - Tenant Advocacy
The program will support Tri-Cities residents who are at risk of becoming homeless or are already homeless in preserving or finding suitable housing. sharesociety.ca
- Shelter Movers Vancouver - Moving and Storage Services to Prevent Homelessness.
This program will support 800 survivors and their children transition to a life free of abuse while strengthening their well-being to disrupt the cycle of homelessness. sheltermovers.com
- Stepping Stone Community Services Society - Reaching Home
To reduce homelessness in Langley by housing 50 people experiencing homelessness and preventing 80 people at risk of homelessness from becoming homeless, with a focus on working with people 55+. sscss.org
- Surrey Women's Centre Society - Housing Outreach for Surrey's Homeless Women and Girls
This project will provide low barrier, wraparound support through our drop-in and mobile services for survivors experiencing gender-based violence to increase access to safe housing. surreywomenscentre.ca
- The Kettle Friendship Society - Homeless Outreach Program
The objective of this project is to provide individuals with the tools and resources they need to prevent homelessness, secure and maintain housing, and improve their overall health and wellbeing. thekettle.ca
- The Lower Mainland Purpose Society for Youth and Families - Housing Support Program
The Housing Support Program will prevent housing loss through targeted interventions and community engagement. Its aims are to enhance housing stability and reduce shelter usage. purposesociety.org
- Young Women's Christian Association - Transition Housing for Women and Children
To provide transition housing to 68 women and 101 children who have experienced homelessness or escaped domestic violence with 58% securing safe, affordable long-term housing. ywcavan.org

- The Realistic Success Society - Renovation for Realistic and Excellent Recovery for the Homeless
Renovating the 10 bed addiction facility in Surrey expands the excellent standard of care by replacing the 44-year-old tile roof, and adding counselling and administrative offices. By increasing office space, we can grow our team and add another 10 beds, expanding quality services to homeless, incarcerated men. therecoverysociety.com
