We know many communities are not thriving right now. By giving directly to one or more of the following Collective Impact Funds, you join VCF and other like-minded donors in supporting local leaders, organizations, and networks to advance solutions to social and environmental challenges.
Climate Justice + Community Resilience Fund
Support a just transition by helping community organizations to build the social cohesion and resilience necessary to withstand the growing impacts of the dual crises of climate and affordability.
Affordable Community Housing Fund
Help organizations to overcome barriers in the early phases of a development or acquisition project so they can become construction-ready and accelerate to completion.
DTES Community Reciprocity Fund
Support the programming of 312 Main to focus on growing community connectedness, fostering the creation of dignified work and employment opportunities, and developing the centre as climate resiliency hub.
Youth and Elders Regenerative Fund
Support youth and Elders or seniors in Indigenous and Black communities in making intergenerational connections that provide a sense of purpose, healing, social support and sharing of culture.

Using our experience and community connections we will work with you to develop a giving strategy that simplifies your annual giving, while maximizing your impact.
Open a Kinship Fund to create an individual or family legacy of giving in support of critical community needs while recognizing that community organizations are best able to identify priorities and determine the use of funds. The annual grants from all Kinship Funds are pooled together allowing for larger, more impactful, and collective support from donors to community organizations.
VCF is proud to offer socially-minded impact investors with an opportunity to help increase the supply of affordable housing by contributing to the Vancity Accelerator Program Loan Fund. The money you invest into the Fund is loaned to not-for-profit, cooperative and Indigenous organizations for affordable community housing development projects.
The BC Living Wage for Families and BC Rent Bank are both projects of Vancity Community Foundation that help address affordability across the province of BC.
BC Rent Bank is a backbone organization providing funding to the provincial rent bank network and supporting rent bank partners with technology, resources, and training. Their mission is to develop an interconnected network of eviction prevention and housing stability services that reduces new instances of homelessness among renters in British Columbia.
