The GVSCU Legacy Foundation is an independent, endowed Foundation. It was incorporated in 2009 in commemoration of the Greater Victoria Savings Credit Union and its long history of charitable work in the Greater Victoria area.

Nutritionlink Services Society Endowment Fund supports community projects that enhance each individual's ability to make appropriate food and nutrition choices.

The Vancouver Farmers Markets Fresh to Families Fund supports the Fresh to Families Project to provide access to fresh, locally grown food for low income families, newly arrived refugees, and at-risk expectant mothers.

The Lily Dekraker Memorial Fund supports various organizations in the community.

The Sole Food Street Farms Endowment Fund will provide ongoing operational support to Sole Food Street Farms to pursue its mission: to empower individuals with limited resources by providing jobs, agricultural training and inclusion in a supportive community of farmers and food lovers.

The goals of the Salsbury Garden Fund are to provide support to groups helping children and youth in need in East Vancouver --- particularly to promote food security, a love of books and reading, of nature, of animals, and of music. As well, the Fund will encourage Britannia Secondary students to go to college/university.

The Peter and Melody Anderson Foundation Fund supports the arts, programs for youth and sustainable organic food production.

BGH Community Fund supports programs and initiatives that promote community economic development. Priority will be given to projects which help alleviate poverty, foster self-reliance (self sufficiency) and help recipients gain confidence and power.
