BC Rent Bank is a project of Vancity Community Foundation, funded by the province of British Columbia. Regardless of where you live in the province, you can access a rent bank and its support services to help stabilize your rental housing during unanticipated short-term financial challenges.

The Government of Canada announced in Budget 2021 its intention to consult on fighting predatory lending by lowering the criminal rate of interest. Vancity Community Foundation sent in a submission as part of this consultation by the Department of Finance.
Fund
The Sole Food Street Farms Endowment Fund will provide ongoing operational support to Sole Food Street Farms to pursue its mission: to empower individuals with limited resources by providing jobs, agricultural training and inclusion in a supportive community of farmers and food lovers.
